We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@venomdollplushies.com and send your item to the physical address we provide.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Shipping and Delivery Information:
For made to Order such a build your own or mystery box listings; processing times can be up to 14 business days.
For ready to ship orders, shipping times are up to 14 business days for Domestic, or one month for International. Priority mail is 7 business days or less, domestic or 4 weeks international.
Venomdolls is not responsible for any additional taxes or custom fees. International customers are responsible for all custom fees.
Venomdolls is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once USPS has the item it is out of our hands.
