The Energy Vampires & Flap Flaps Are Back! Some creatures just refuse to stay retired. The Energy Vampires are making their return to the VenomDolls lineup, and honestly, I'm pretty excited about it. These strange little creatures are one of my favorite original designs I've created. They're not based on a character or existing creature. They're just their own weird little species that wandered out of my brain and into the sewing room. This time around, three new Energy Vampires have arrived in orange, dark purple, and grey embossed swirl fabrics. They're soft, strange, toothy, and just a little bit unsettling. Exactly how I like my creatures. And apparently, that's not all that's been lurking around... The Flap Flaps are making a comeback too!
These orange and black little winged creatures are part of this week's Things With Wings familiar theme. They're cute, spooky, and seem to have one primary concern in life: FLAP FLAP FLAP FLAP. I love bringing older VenomDolls creatures back alongside new designs. Some creatures deserve a second chance to find their people, and there's something really fun about watching a character evolve every time I make another one.
THE DROP The newest Energy Vampire plushies and Flap Flaps will be available this Friday at 1PM EST on the VenomDolls website. Every plush is handmade in my Detroit sewing room, and once these little creatures find their new homes, there's no guarantee when or if I'll make the exact combination again.
